The Diva cup is really great! I find it more comfortable than anything else. Not to mention you end up saving a lot of money and you’re creating less waste! As far as first time use goes, I don’t really have an advice. But it comes with very detailed instructions. There’s also other cups out there that you might be able to find for cheaper, if that’s an issue. Anyhow, good luck to the person who asked!
